Jones Dental Arts--A. McCray "Mac" Jones III, DDS, PA

Wish zero stars was a thing! My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Mac Jones for a few years, and my husband has always considered him a friend. We have always had a good experience, especially having our teeth cleaned. Tia (I think that’s her name) has always been so sweet! Never had any problems UNTIL I went August 20th for a filling. I have NEVER had such an experience that I felt so disregarded, not only as a patient, but as a person! Here is EXACTLY what happened: I told Dr. Jones that I had had a bad filling experience in the past and to please be gentle! Everything, procedurely, went just fine, except for the fact that my jaw began to ache so badly that tears were rolling down my face. I knew I couldn’t talk during the procedure so I did everything I could to let him know I was

Mac Jones was just a awful I mean horrible dentist. The pain I experienced I wouldn't send a dog to. His chair side manner was awful. I was telling a friend and before I was done she said she had the same experience and told me the dr. name and guess who he was...yeppers ole jonesie boy..I will NEVER EVER GO BACK..trust me.

Great dentist! I'm a patient of more than a decade and have always been happy with the service and results.
