Joliet Oral Surgeons

Our first visit while my daughter was still under they brought four prison inmates from statesville. Our second visit he did unnecessary treatment and billed for treatment Like uneruption of tooth, that was already erupted. He only moved it! I have contacted insurance for fraud and my daughter has had to under go another surgery to undo his carelessness. He has caused her unnecessary pain for 2 months and has cost us more money!!! Do not go to him. The whole office is unprofessional.

TERRIBLE service do not go here we had a 12:45 appointment That they confirmed the day before. the day of The appointment we were called to see if we can go at 12 since they had a cancellation. Husband was there on time at 12. However at 12:30 Surgeon was not there yet And was told that he was not coming until 12:45 . Husband mentioned he was not getting a good vibe. They were rude. They kept changing their story that the doctor was coming and then the other receptionist said that he wasn’t coming until 12:45 husband walked out. When I called to speak with the surgeon once he arrive, theFront receptionist was very rude and racist, saying my husband can go somewhere else. then you wonder why they had many openings and cancelations for surgical procedures. STAY AWAY

Final edit- everything ended up good in the end. I can eat and breathe normally now without the giant tori. Even with the bumpy experience with the pharmacy, I would see Dr Scheive for any of my oral surgery needs. *Edited. My prescriptions just made it to Walgreens and will be ready 15 minutes before they close. Luckily, my DH will go back to Joliet to pick them up.* I had a great experience until I got home and realized they never called in my prescriptions and they are closed until tomorrow. I had oral surgery today and will have to make due with Tylenol/ ibuprofen and pray to sweet baby Jesus that I don't get an infection. Going to be a long night...

I called for an appointment to get all 4 wisdom teeth extractions. Shelly was the person I spoke with. First off, I am glad I had the bad experience over the phone with her because if this is the type of attitude the front desk receptionist has towards potential clients I don't want to find out what the service is like for actual clients. Shelly had a snippy attitude, not patient at all, sounded rushed/annoyed over the phone and was not pleasant at all. I read all the 1 star reviews AND still decided to give them a chance by trying to book an appointment with them. Here's a tip : Please re-train Shelly in her customer service skills because it is costing the company money. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Horrible attitude from the front desk staff. I called asking simple questions and the lady started huffing and puffing as if she were inconvenienced and started yelling HOLD ON. This is YOUR job. The 1 star reviews are 100% right. Just a shady office overall.
