This place is phenomenal. I don’t say that lightly. The office itself is super clean and lovely. From the office staff, to the nurses, the anesthesiologist team, to Dr. Johnson himself, they are simply put…the best! They were kind and compassionate throughout our experience with our son(14 yr). They communicated clearly from beginning to end, making us all feel comfortable. After the procedure, Dr Johnson even checked on our son later in the day to see how he was doing. I won’t be going anywhere else in Knoxville if my kids need work. I’d give Dr. Johnson and his staff 100 stars if I could!

I was really nervous about getting my wisdom teeth pulled, but Dr. Johnson and his entire team made the process incredibly simple and stress-free. Everything was explained clearly, the procedure itself was very quick, and I felt comfortable the whole time. The staff was kind, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. A while back I had a root canal done, where the roots eventually cracked. Needed it to be replaced with an implant. I looked for a good dentist that did oral surgery and found Dr Benjamin Johnson. From the very beginning to the very end, Dr Johnson and his team were immaculate in their performance. Not once were there delays. I was always called up on time in their waiting room. Dr Johnson explained what he was doing and what his plan was, to keep me informed. Every question I asked was taken serious and he took time to give me all the details. He never rushed and checked everything twice. He acted like a perfectionist and with this delicate matter I was very happy that he was. If you need oral surgery and it being done right the first time, don't look anywhere else.
