Customer Reviews
Great Hopkins outpatient facility in Baltimore county. Large building with a lot of doctor offices and rehab too. Easy to find. Parking lot is large but crowded. Entrance, halls, elevator, bathrooms and offices are immaculate and smell very nice. Dr. Sang Lee, orthopedic surgeon, was amazing. The receptionists and nurses were awesome. Everyone at Hopkins is on point and that makes serious medical conditions a little easier to deal with.
Hopkins Medicine has provided me magnificent care. I would not be alive today without their skill in managing my multiple life heath issues... If not for the skills of the nurses and physicians.
Nicer than average medical building. Clean bathrooms. Lobby security personnel. Pharmacy. Not too big - easy to find elevators and your destination. Clearly marked suites. Good parking and drop-off area. Nearby gas, basic food, and coffee in case someone is waiting for you.
The surgery center was great! First timer, but I work in healthcare too. I was so nervous about it, but the anesthesiologist blew me away with her kindness — she really cared about making me feel comfortable and after she assured me she would be there the whole time, I felt so much better. The nurses and doctors here changed my perspective on healthcare — being on the other side as a nurse, I’d become burned out with bedside care, giving my best and believing it was not helpful, but being a patient totally changed my opinion on that. I was vulnerable and scared, but the team here went the extra mile and I felt safe because I believed they cared. The anesthesia Dr (Alton?) not only made me feel safe and less anxious, she changed my view of doctors for the better. I’ve also visited the lab a
Very special place when it comes to warm and greeting people as soon as you come in the office door.
