I cannot say enough about the great treatment and care I received in the radiology department of Johns Hopkins at White Marsh. This began in the reception area where Pam welcomed me and helped me get a copy of my order, which I thought had been sent electronically. She made my problem her problem and she was so understanding, doing whatever she could to put me at ease. When I went back to go through the prep process, Chelsea helped me initially and also made a special effort to make me comfortable. Then I had Jackie and Nicole looking out for me, explaining everything and making the process so much less stressful. They are nurses who clearly care about patient comfort and their passion for their work shines through. I was so nervous in the CT that I have forgotten the names of the st

Would give 10 stars if possible. The staff at the front desk are kind and efficient, appointments are always on time. The imaging techs are sweet and helpful, always communicating what is happening and treat patients with respect. And the robes are soft and comfy. The best place for mammograms! I highly recommend!

The techs here are top notch. I drive 3 hours to get my imaging so that I'm confident it's being done correctly by competent people that actually care about you. They also took extra care that I was comfortable before my long set of imaging was done.

Don't go here for a mammogram if you are at all self conscious. They don't have a closed space. After checking in, someone in a Hopkins sweatshirt and joggers escorted me to the back (sorry, I'm old school - I want people in back to wear scrubs or something so they don't look like they were pulled in off the street.) She led me to a changing booth directly off the hallway, told me to undress from the waist up and the tech would come get me. She disappeared and I realized there was no locker. So I quickly changed and stood directly in front of the changing booth with my purse, phone, shirt, and bra bundled in my arms. I watched sweatshirt girl escort other patients, including men, down the corridor 20 feet from where I was standing, on the other side of an open door. The only place to sit w

I’m disappointed with my recent experience at Johns Hopkins Imaging. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 AM, but I wasn’t called back until after 9:00 AM. While I understand occasional delays, this was particularly frustrating given the requirement to drink and hold 24oz of water for the ultrasound. Waiting an additional 30 minutes in discomfort without communication or updates felt inconsiderate. I chose Johns Hopkins for its reputation, but this experience fell short of the professionalism and care I expected. Given this experience, I will be returning to Advanced Radiology, where they are consistently punctual and respectful of patients’ time. Also I was told that they double booked after requesting how much longer I would have to wait. Why would you double booked someone who has to
