I want to thank Dr Petrovich for his expertise in correcting my torn retina in both my eyes. He is more than just your typical VA Dr. He spent a lot of time listening to my concerns and told me he would fix my vision with excellent results. I’m not a big fan of the VA but from now on it’s my choice for all my medical needs.

Why does "No. Stop. Wait. Back up. I don't consent. Get out of my arm." Not equal "No." In this Emergency room when you should specialize in handling Veterans properly? Even the patient advocate is for them people. 🤔

First time here, and they had no problem helping, my dad was in so much pain and never been to the va. They was so quick and efficient. They got him registered and immediately started serving him. Awesome! Very thankful for the VA.....

Not a huge fan of this hospital. The Womens Clinic is the WORST. You make an appointment and wait and wait and WAIT for up to an hour to 2 before you get called in. When I brought this up to the lady on the phone she got defensive and talked to me like I was dirt. Told me to consider going somewhere else! I take the CADC bus and they need times for when I am done and can't sit around and wait for hours on end. I have had various clinic doctors forget to add proper notes in my medical records and I would have to profusely repeat myself to the doctors over and over. Not to mention you don't even get to see a real doctor half the time. I have walked out of that place in tears before. I wish I could afford private insurance but unfortunately for me I have no choice but to rely on the

I miss the facility in Spokane Valley, WA. From the greeters to the surgeons, all showed empathy, concern and genuinely cared about the veterans and their issues. I moved to Arkansas to care for the ailing mother in-law and have encountered a nightmare system at this facility! Veterans beware, it's the second place military service personnel go to DIE!! They love setting up procedures, making quick diagnostic assumptions and then making you and your family wait indefinitely. Don't bother calling for assistance or follow up, you'll have to wait regardless. Did I mention that the so-called "physicians" are merely residents from UAMS and can never provide you with a straight and/or confident answer, unless they confer with "their boss"? What? Seriously? It can be overwhelming, exhausting
