The office was clean, organized, and comfortable, which made the visit stress-free. The doctor was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain each part of the exam in a clear and reassuring way. I really appreciated how they answered all of my questions patiently and made sure I fully understood my eye health and prescription options. My wife and I have using this practice in excess of 10 years. We are always pleased w/ the service from each member of the team, front counter, techs and of course Dr. Nguyen. He is extremely personable and comfortable to work with. Continuity with him is also beneficial in that he tracks our vision history and advises accordingly. For example two years ago my wife's prescription did not require adjustment, mine did. This year mine did not, while wife's did. Also as we age, he is tracking our status re potential need for cataract treatment. All speak to our confidence being in his carre.

The Alamo Vision team runs like a well oiled machine. From the schedulers to the doctors, they provide professional, expedient , and polite service. They will not let you down.

Dr. Nguyen has a great bedside manner. He is thorough on exams and explains everything. I recently had trauma in one eye and they quickly fitted me in the schedule for an exam. Luckily there is no serious injury.
