I had the best experience at Dr. Clement’s office. The office was neat and welcoming, every staff member I spoke with was knowledgeable and kind, and I felt very comfortable throughout my visit! I loved how much support I had shopping for frames with the girls up front as this was my first visit with an optometrist. Highly recommend this practice!

Awesome staff. They always remember you when you go back every year. Great selection of frames and they really take good care of you. Let’s face it you only get one pair of eyes, you want people you trust. They also did a great job with my very sensitive prescription and even remade lenses when they didn’t feel right.

I've been coming to dr Clement since I know 2004- he and his staff, Lindsey, Leslie and Linda are AMAZING! I am always treated as a priority everytime I come in. I am NEVER rushed, even if I just stop in without an appointment. they make sure to explain everything in terms that's understandable to me. As long as Dr Clement is in business that's the only place I'll be going to!

I moved to Greeneville from New York State in the summer of 2017 and was looking for an optometrist who would take me on as a new patient. I first went to Dr. Clement's office in August of 2017 for a refraction, an exam to determine the eyeglass prescription. I was quite impressed with the tech, Leslie, who took care of me. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. I saw Dr. Clement himself for the first time in November 2018 due to some distorted vision I was experiencing. He too is very knowledgeable and thorough. The front desk staff is friendly also. I was a licensed optician in NY for over 35 years and was leery about starting over at a new (to me) optometric office. As an insider in the business, I can tell you that they know their stuff and I highly recommend the services John Clemen
