I had an exceptional experience with my service today at JLM Dental Studios. Ty, Hygienist went above and beyond to address all my needs and provided outstanding support throughout the procedure. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication truly set them apart. I was pleased with Ty’s quality of work. She was careful and cared for her patients well being. JLM Studios are the worst. SCAM Horrible, horribleThey don’t know what they doing. They got no communication and inconsistent. They waste my time twice. They tell you one thing then the owner tells you another the front desk say another and then doctor tell you another thing. Every time there is a whole different story that inconsistent they don’t know what they’re doing. I’m so over this place wasting my gas and time. They telling me I’m gonna get my cleaning done and still have not got no cleaning done. Knowing that will add and charge my insurance, I’m not doing that like that is ridiculous that they have no clue of communication Whatsoever. It’s a disappointment is frustrating and wasting my time back-and-forth and not being able to resolve the issue and getting no cleaning done and

Seriously- the best people work here! They really understand what it feels like to search for a Dentist, and treated me like family?!!! Derivia, Jennifer, and Orissa were amazing and Dr Jarrett absolutely is my new Dentist for sure! You guys ROCK!!! THANK YOU🙏

My visit from start to finish was very warm friendly and comfy. Everyone I came in contact with was so inviting we have our own rapports with each other. Jakara was very polite she made me feel comfortable and helped me understand my x rays and next steps. I enjoyed my visit and honestly I can’t wait to return. If I could rate them a 10 I would I highly recommend JLM!!

A lot of us are familiar with the previous owner Ms. Dolores Hubbard. But the staff is basically the same. I'm here today for an appointment. It's black-owned, so that's what initially drew my business in, but all ethnicities are welcome! Dr. Jarrett Manning is a wonderful replacement for the retirement of Ms. Hubbard. This establishment is a staple of this community. The work and professionalism is absolutely top-tier. I've been knowing these ladies for years now and as a black man I absolutely adore them. We must be reliable patrons to the businesses in our communities. Come for your dental health and become part of our family here at JLM Dental Studios of East Point. Have a wonderful day.
