The staff and dr. were so nice and got us in and out quickly. Highly recommend.

I called for a contact lense appointment and was charged for both an eye glass and a contact lense exam. Was only expecting to pay $60 and they hit me with $149. I just purchased new glasses last month. When the receptionist called to confirm my appointment I specified contact exam only and when I checked out today she insisted they were always done together. My question is why do you offer either or and charge for both? You will be lucky if the phone is ever answered when you call. They always make you leave voicemail. Thanks but I will take my business elsewhere.

I live an hour away and my local eye doctor is on vacation. These guys fit me in for a small emergency visit. Everyone in this office is amazing. They were all very kind and personable. Dr. Robertson is amazing and makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. He explained my condition so well. I highly recommend him and his staff. Great people. I can’t say enough about them.

Kinda funny everytime I call, I’ve called 3 times this year so far, they are always booked 3-5 weeks out for 20 minute exams. They never have cancellation? Or is it bc I’m a cash customer and not insurance? 🤔
