Use caution!!! I have been receiving a prescription for an $11 insurance copayment. My wife asked if I needed to pick up a prescription (while I returned home after surgery) and when she brought it home I learned I she was charged $51! When I complained I was told they had a problem with my insurance so they used their store discount card (without my permission) and since my wife paid for it and left the store I'm stuck paying over 4.5 times what I should pay!

Monica was extremely helpful in transferring my rx from another osco pharmacy to this location. It was a life saver. I've been on the phone for days with my Dr and other pharmacies to no resolve. This osco pharmacy, with Monica's assistance was vital to my health and well-being. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!! I'd recommend the osco pharmacy at Milwaukee ave and Oakton to anyone. Terrible service! Atleast for me. I came in with 2 prescriptions and I downloaded coupons off of GoodRX app. Anyways when one medication was priced at 11$ and the other at 6$ so when the pharmacist rang me out i was charged 30$ and i asked why and she gave me an attitude and told me that she was not going to honor my GoodRX coupons.. she was very unprofessional and not polite at all... this was my very first time at a jewel osco pharmacy and it will be my last... I went to Mariano's once before with a GoodRX coupon and had no problem... and the lady at drop off at jewel osco pharmacy was not so nice either. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Specifically for the Pharmacy Department: Please do not send messages that prescriptions are ready when they are not. It is uber annoying, and time consuming. This has happened multiple times and I don't understand why. When it's READY, send the notification. Extremely simple concept.
