Horrible, insulting pharmacy experience! Picking up a few things after work. I needed some Zyrtec-D for allergies. I go to the pharmacy. I ask for it. The pharmacist tries pulling down Sudafed. I nicely repeated Zyrtec. He was confused so we laughed at it being a long day. He seemed really flustered. I pointed at the Zyrtec and said - 2 shelves down on the left. He figured it out, but I could tell he was frustrated. He then asks for my ID. He says it was denied. There is no way. Now I’m confused. He insultingly looks at me and tells me “Ma’am this stuff is heavily regulated, you can buy only so much”. Last time I bought was in March at Walgreens. So I went across the street to Walgreens and bought it. They scanned my ID and it was fine. Seriously? I will NEVER go there again. This guy was

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. They couldn’t find the prescription my doctor sent over. I was on hold with them for 12 minutes before they hung up on me. I called back and was immediately put on hold for another 8 minutes before they even answered the phone. They never were able to find the prescription. They didn’t offer any help or guidance. Having it sent to another pharmacy where it will surely be filled without an issue.

Ive been going to this pharmacy for the last 3 years. The people working the pharmacy are absolutely wonderful. Always pleasant and helpful. I've never had a problem that couldn't be fixed quickly. Keep up the good work. Customers need to be patient. Everywhere there are shortages of employees. Give them a break.

I use Osco pharmacy in Dyer and have always been impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. They've helped me out many times with finding a different medication that will work, or I can afford. And I believe we should always give credit where due. This morning I spoke to a pharmacist named, Cassie--don't know if it was too early for her, but she started to shout at me, shout over me, till I told her not to do that. I had to figure out a way to get this prescription refilled earlier (it wasn't that hard)--and its being taken care of. I get pharmacists, doctors and nurses deal with people who frequently don't know anything about their bodies (or can't count), but don't assume that's everyone, Cassie. Just help me find a way to get this prescription refilled. Just a very frus

This pharmacy has gone down hill. They used to be fast and have a friendly staff but now they are rude and service is so slow.
