The experience i had at this hospital was wonderful despite the circumstances. There were three staff memevers who really stood out; Walter, Lindsey, and Tabitha all showed great patience and professionalism. They were gentle and did a great job with helping. If there is a way to have them reconigned and awarded then I would love that done. Thank you Walter, Lindsey, and Tabitha.

Hospital is a complete joke receptionist was asleep at the desk during the visit. I had to knock on the window to wake her up plus doctors don't say or do much which makes the entire ER visit irrelevant all this hospital is good for is draining your insurance! Please go somewhere in Illinois! This hospital SUCKS! Now I see why it has such poor reviews.

They don’t care about their patients at all. Come in due to using EpiPen and having a rare condition that can cause me to be intubated. Only to be thrown in a room. Not given a gown or a blanket. Dr refused to run the Lab that Rush request when I have a reaction. Dr lies in chart stating he discussed the test with me. He talked to me for 2 minutes and since he doesn’t know anything about my condition he just chose to ignore me. Never came back in the room for 3.5 hours. The nurses missed my IV 3 times, after that never saw a nurse. How did he do an assessment on me? He never had a stethoscope, he did absolutely nothing other than lie on my chart which I will report to the board. He never got vitals on me except when I first came in for triage. I never had a BP cuff on the entire time, yet

I do not understand why this Hospital does not get better reviews. I have never had anything but a positive experience. Everyone on the staff has been kind, friendly and caring. The medical staff is knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything to you. The facility is clean and tidy. I for one, am thankful that I chose this hospital and location.

Labor and delivery nurses are great. The ER on the other hand not so good. The doctor was nice and informative, but the place itself was trash. Hadn't even been seen by the doctor and they're trying to bill us for our visit.
