Advantage Hearing Center

Today I'm reviewing: Advantage Hearing Center @ 925 Sheffield Ave, Dyer, IN 46311. I was referred here to have my hearing checked. The receptionist Mel was very nice, warm and welcoming. She will not only greet you, she schedules your appointments and makes the calls to have you return to pick your hearing aids up. Mel is great! My appointment went great! The Doctor who did the assessment was very thorough and explained everything clearly when we were done. When my hearing aid came in, again, the Doctor helped me to understand how to maintain them, how to put them in and take them out. They do accept insurance , to see if they accept your insurance you guessed it .. call Mel ... She'll know! I have been using them for years, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They helped me with my old hearing aids when no one else would. I purchased my new set from them instead of the big box companies. Its all about the personal touch and caring.

I've beem going to advantage hearing over 10 years, and Susan is awesome. She takes her time, very concerned and caring. Susan ensures whatever you need is in place. She goes beyond the call of a typical "service" provider. The kindness from her and her staff is unbeatable. Susan and her staff are WONDERFUL !!! KEEP DOING WHAT YOU'RE DOING, AN AWESOME JOB !!!!! Great concern and care in adapting hearing needs. The office staff is very accommodating. And Sue, the Audiologist is amazing. She tests accurately and helps clients find the product that best meets one’s needs. Highly Recommended.
