Dental 360-Dyer Family Dental

I just moved to the area and am looking for a new dentist. I called Dyer Family Dental because their hours work well with my work schedule. On the phone, the receptionist only offered a Monday appt and when I asked for a Friday, they said they are only open Monday and Tuesday? The hours on Google say they are open M-F. No explanation was given either, the call just ended. Very confusing and misleading.

I was greeted with a warm friendly smile as soon as I walked in the door by Bailey and was seen before my appointment time. Dr Jamil and her assistant Jocelyn were extremely knowledgeable. I was able to receive same day care for a filling and was out in less than 30 minutes. Completely painless and my smile looks great. I will definitely be recommending this dental office to everyone I know.

I appreciated the excellent communication, attention to my comfort, flexibility with my schedule, and professionalism of this practice. I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 5 years and I had a few issues. I am grateful I chose this office for my care. I initially chose it because it is located a minute from my home and work, and I plan to return twice a year to keep up with my dental health! Having a root canal kinda stinks, I’m not gonna lie......but I felt like on a scale of 1-10, I’d still give this dentist a 10 because it was good as a root canal can probably get. Truly appreciate them!

Update Oct 28...no one likes going to the dentist especially when tooth extraction is involved, but I have to say, my experience with the staff was once again excellent and thorough. Had two molars pulled and couldn't believe how easily and quickly it was done. 5 stars!! Everyone was very nice, professional and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend going to this dental facility...I plan on continuing to utilize their services for my dental care.

Really the best dental office I have ever been to. Great staff from the minute I walked in the door to the time I walked out. The entire staff was very thorough explaining what I should expect during my visit as well as describing what the benefits would be from follow up visits to correct issues discovered during my exam. I was also given a detailed account of what my insurance would cover and what I would be expected to pay once all the recommended work was completed. I found this to be an easy and stress free experience and would recommend this office to anyone.
