Jet City Animal Clinic

My cat has been limping for a few days so I brought him here. The appointment took a little over an hour and they treated us both well. I paid less than I thought I would for an exam, X-ray, and medication, so I'm grateful we could get in so quickly. These factors have impressed me enough to want to take my other cats there for services in the future.

My Shiba transferred care here spring 2025. What a great change. The excellent and understanding staff really care about animals. Spadedog had surgery here in June and it went perfectly (and for about 1/3 less than quoted). Stress free nail trims is a bonus. (No shiba screams). Best of all they don’t make me feel like a failure because of his chubbiness post-injury. I know it’s the vet’s job but sometimes less is more, which is what I’m constantly telling Spadedog when it’s kibble time.

Jet City Animal Clinic deserves every one of these five stars! I found the clinic at the recommendation of a colleague and couldn't be happier! I brought my corgi in recently for a pretty nasty rash that seemed to pop up out of nowhere. He was miserable, and honestly, I was freaking out a bit--nothing worse than seeing your pup uncomfortable and not knowing how to help. From the moment we walked in, the staff were all kind, quick, and super understanding. A special shout-out to Dr. Erica Anderson. She was incredible. Not only did she explain everything thoroughly without up-selling (which I really appreciated), but she also took the time to make sure my little guy felt safe and calm during the whole visit. I switched to this clinic and have been very pleased. Prescription refill requests via email and text are great. Today they saw my dog for an urgent issue and were very caring and explained findings well.

My visit to this place was not good at all. Since the first step entering the door, both front desk staff didn’t greet me at all, as if I am a homeless came to ask for food or money. The vet is a lady is very minimal communicate with me. She didn’t say anything if I didn’t ask. To make it worst she didn’t prescribe my dog who has diarrhea and vomitting with anything. she only asked me if I want to have my dog’s poop to be lab tested. So I went there only to be told to come back with poop sample. My last visit to this place, will not recommend.
