In July, they said they had ordered medicine and I would need to come in for an appointment in August. I called in August, and they said it would be in September, but it ended up being in mid-October. They scheduled an appointment for today at 10 a.m. When I arrived, they asked me to wait for 10 minutes, and after almost an hour, I apologized and left without receiving anything. I lost a full day of work, and their attitude was completely unclear. I could have avoided waiting for almost three months and gone to another dentist!

I never do reviews but this place Horrible!. do not go there. save yourself the hassle, you will be waiting forever to get anything done. my 92 year old mom has been waiting since november 2024 to get her dentures done, the excuses was the holidays, now we are in February 2025 and still waiting. I will never have my mother go there again.

I sent my best friend here because of the reviews, location, and they accepted the Medicare Dental insurance. The older male dentist has a lousy attitude and does not know how to talk or treat patients. Anyways, they made her dentures. She lost the upper denture for some reason, plus they were very painful. They made her another denture for the top and they were not made correctly either. The denture does not fit properly and they are too big for her mouth. A very disappointing experience at this place. I would not recommend this office to anyone. She will not go back to have this denture made properly.

This place is extremely disorganized. On April 1 I took my grandmother, who is 77 years old, to the office next to the Westland Mall because her dentures were bothering her a lot and she couldn’t eat. Hayme helped her and told her that she could only get new dentures every five years but she was going to order a new one for her anyways. After the appointment Hayme told me to take my grandma the following Monday April 4 to the other office in Miami Gardens to take the impressions. When I took my grandma the following Monday, Hayme was not there and the owner of the office had to help my grandma. My grandma went back on April 13 as directed by the office, but they did not have a new denture for my grandma. They gave my grandma her old denture back which is still bothering my grandmother. The

Great experience, the location is easy to access to, available parking and the doctor and personal are extremely polite & knowledgeable and there is a unique family environment. First time I’ve found this kind of quality service in the Miami area.
