Jennifer D. Johnson, DrPH, PT, CSCS

Dr. Johnson has helped me work through some pretty serious back and neck pain after recently having a baby. She has worked hard to have her own practice, is very knowledgeable and clearly cares a lot about her patients' physical and mental wellbeing. She's very communicative and easily accessible. Her gym is clean and spacious. She's even been accommodating when I've had to bring my baby to my sessions with me! Bonus: she takes my insurance (Blue Shield) and parking is plentiful/free.

This lady is a joke! Her skills are subpar at best. She is very anal & treats you like a little kid. Be prepared to be bombarded with texts, emails, & several forms. She can be extremely annoying to deal with her in regrds to all micromanaging she does. Use caution when it comes to her billing tactics. She has proven to be a very shady person. She lied & told me twice that she took my insurance, I was 100% covered & no patient responsibilty. She even said she called my insurance & confirmed I was covered. Well it turns out she wasn't covered at all & now I have a $1000 bill due to her mistake. DON' GO TO THIS LADY!!!!

RUN FAR AWAY! She is a physical therapist who is money hungry. She doesn’t tell you she will charge you $120 for an appointment that is filled with her talking to other patients. What about HIPAA laws? She did absolutely nothing for me but try to pressure me into being a repeat client so I can be a light bill or gas bill pay for her. She’s not caring and is only looking for what she can get.
