I am traveling from out of state to visit my dying grandfather, and unfortunately my 4-year-old became very sick with an extended fever and cold. Following the advice of my hospital’s RN back home, I was told to take him in if he hadn’t urinated by bedtime. When he worsened, I rushed to this urgent care, arriving at 7:45 p.m. before closing at 8 p.m. The treatment we received was unprofessional and disheartening. As we were being checked in, the provider on staff looked at me and said, “Are we really doing this at 8 o’clock?” a shocking thing to say to a parent with a sick child. The medical assistants then began arguing openly about who would have to stay to help us, groaning, heavy sighing and complaining right in front of us. I've had to visit here a few times recently. Always very quick. Usually in and out in about 20 minutes. The only time I had to wait any longer was when there was a very large number of patients waiting. All the staff are great and genuinely concerned about your well-being.

Lady at the front desk is not well with customer service … she made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected, I usually don’t even write reviews but she was so disrespectful I had to . Sucking her teeth side eye and argumentative.. whoever hired her needs to be evaluated to . She made uncomfortable and never wants to check me in which is her job . Very unprofessional young black lady who wears the hat indoors

I don't ever provide Google reviews, but this has to be by far the worst experience I've ever had at any medical facility. The lack of professionalism, compassion and judgement from their staff is unbelievable. I've worked in healthcare for a long time. If I was a provided here the individuals I interacted with today would all be reprimanded, if not fired. Please seek medical attention elsewhere, literally anywhere else.

I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. The only thing that was kind of negative was there should be a sign that states something to the effect , please go to the window when available to check in . The service was fast, friendly, professional. If ever I have to go back i definitely will.
