We love this practice! All three of my kids have always had the best care! We have had great experiences with all the providers but we especially have been drawn to Melanie Dawson,PA! She is amazing with all my kids and even my husband and I! the clinic has always gotten my kids in same day for sick visits, even on the weekends, and the response for phone calls or messages is quick and easy!

Our provider and nurse were great. Both very thorough and friendly. Took time to flush my sons ear when they couldn’t see the ear drum and made sure to ask if we had any questions at all.

I’m so thankful for Jeffers, Mann and Artman Pediatrics. We’ve been taking our sons there since we moved to North Carolina about 9 years ago. The front office staff is great, all of the nurses we’ve worked with have been patient and fantastic and we absolutely love Dr. Young. She is thorough, genuine, knowledgeable and the very best pediatrician we could have found. We are very pleased with this group and highly recommend them to others.

Super easy to schedule and we’re really accommodating to get both our kids in at the same time! All the staff we interacted with were so kind and patient! Dr. Patel was really great - he listened to our concerns and made me felt heard while also putting my fears at ease. He gave us a good plan moving forward with a plan to follow up if we needed it. Overall a great experience and definitely trust JMA Wake Forest with our kiddos!

We love Dr Young and Melanie Dawson! We have been with JMA for 4 years now. Dr. Young being our main Doctor- she always listens to all of our concerns and explains everything with such patience. An actual person who loves her job and my kids love her! Front desk staff are always so kind and welcoming. After hour nurses are always so attentive and follow up. We did have a problem, with a different provider, during a sick visit in the past. I did end up complaining and JMA did take it very seriously and listened to my concerns. Follow up call with higher up with lots of questions. They did make a note on all of my children’s files not to make further appointments with her. Because that was taken so seriously and not brushed off, they get to keep 5 stars!
