Absolute crack pot. They left me outside standing in the rain for 5 min as I am ringing their bell and staring at the kid at the front desk. Then, brings me in and tell me I would need to pay thousands of dollars to even try the devices. No guarantee they will even work. This was my first time dealing with hearing issues and the "doctor" was more of a sales woman. Not in the least bit concerned with my needs as a patent but more so about how I was going to pay for everything and not even showing me what they had for options. I should have gone to Costco, at least they treat you like a human there instead of a bank.

I had a great experience. Doctor Neuman spent about an hour + half with me, doing a variety of hearing tests. It was definitely worth the time and effort because I learned I’m 40% loss of hearing in my left ear. When my hearing aid came in, I got a full tutorial on how use and care for it. I do think they’re short-staffed but who isn’t these days

She is good at what she does. But I do agree about the "sales pitch". She might be getting a kickback from Everett Clinic. I paid a deposit even though my insurance is in network which she claimed it was not. Claim was paid and I'm still trying to get my deposit back. Total scam.

I have been trying to reach someone at this place for almost a week. No one returns any calls and all you can do is leave a message. Is this place still in business? With this kind of "service" I don't think I should go here.
