Have only had good experiences at this VA. Doctors and staff are excellent. Made appointments with community care providers or in house stuff for every single thing I mentioned! They’re great!

These people dont help veterans!! They put them in crisis by playing games and canceling appointments themselves and saying you did. Even though the appointment they did schedule you for (i can see it on my chart) was made and there was no doctor there that day. Calls are not recorded so they have no accountablity. They dont care about getting veterans care in a timely manner. They won't let you have an appointment with the va care team while also looking for a sooner appointment through community care. Its one or the other. When you get upset with them or question thier polices, they label you as hostile in your medical chart and everyone treats you poorly thereon. When you call to talk to patient advocates they instruct you call your congressman. This place dose not care that you put you

My husband and I couldn't be happier with this facility! Fast, friendly and always ready to serve our vets.

I've been going to this facility for a good 15+ years and I absolutely love it there. They are very nice and professional. I've had a few "snags" at the pharmacy, but all in all, they do a fine job and I am very grateful for their help to us veterans. Sometimes we can get a bit entitled and we forget that they are just trying to help us out to the best of their abilities. We need to take a moment at times and be grateful for such care. Those who came before is, could only wish for something like this. The VA has helped me and my family very much in many ways and I can't thank them enough!

My Father has been going to the VA for his care for many many years. He recently was placed in the home care program, and we are so thankful for all the nurses and caregivers that come to the house! Everyone is friendly and patient and go out of their way to help us. LeeAnn is the home care nurse and she is EXCELLENT!
