Showed up at 3:30 to get my kids vaccines, male receptionist at front desk, told me my kids couldn’t be seen because they had private insurance. He said they only had vaccines for kids with Medicaid. Shortly after another nurse told him my kids could get their vaccines and he said “well we stopped seeing patients, this other lady just showed up with 4 kids”. I took time off from work to get this done and my kids were not seen. I called to speak to a manager the next day and same Receptionist told me they don’t have anyone in charge there. My kids have gone to this office for over 10 years and the Customer service with these new employees was so disappointing. It’s been 3 days and I still haven’t heard from a Manager.

The staff in the front is so rude. She wouldn’t make eye contact and would give me the pen with attitude basically threw it at me several times. Two different doctors never sent the medication to the pharmacy I had to call them to remind them and they would hang up on me. My daughter had Covid a year ago and they didn’t want to give her anything. a couple days ago I took her in and they didn’t send the medication and they told me to come in again….for what???

Slow service. Waited 2 hours and never got called. I understand I didn’t have an appointment, but they should staff accordingly if they had more patients appts + walk ins.

I’ve been going to this doctor since I was born and now I take my son here best service I’ve had. Sometimes it gets hectic when busy but we keep. Coming here because he makes sure my baby is comfortable and makes him laugh the doctor makes sure to answer any and all questions I have.

Dr Ahmed is the worse DR there he was cutting me off when I was trying to tell him about what symptoms my daughter had ! Then to top it off can’t even understand anything he says . Thinking about switching drs ! Like ASAP oh and btw he prescribed her A cough medicine when she didn’t even have a cough not even a symptom that I took her in for .
