ALAN IS AMAZING! I highly recommend. Not aonly does he give an excellent massage his knowledge of the body is mind blowing. I have went to him over the years with 2 specific issues that he was able to relieve and give me things to do at home to keep that relief.

This place and Allen was a major stepping stone on the road to full recovery. I've been dealing with a thoracic myofasicia strain since I was a teen and more recently I was injured again that caused strain on the same muscle. Due to a lack of in-depth knowledge about my own injury I kept getting by with chiropractor apppontments that eventually stopped working in regards to pain. After only two appointments with Allen I was able to use my ab carver rolling ball again to keep stretching the muscle myself. Three months later all of my back swelling is completely gone, my glutes feel good and stick out now instead of tenderness and flatness... Even though my house remodeling schedule got in the way of Allen's appointments, his work and knowledge has granted me better mobility to clean the awn

Allen got me fixed up! While training to run a marathon I strained and severely injured some hip muscles about 6 weeks away from race day. I assumed I would try a massage therapist as a last resort before scratching my race. Allen found my psoas muscle was the issue and through weekly appointments got it to release and heal. I showed up on race day, pain free! On a side note, I was fighting some IT band issues for months and Allen recommended some improved sleep positions so my IT band would recover better after my long abusive runs. To my surprise, it fixed the IT band issue 100% and I have not had another flare up since I've taken his advice. I am very appreciative of Allen and can only hope other customers will have similar success. Thank you!

Allan is the BEST massage therapist in Greenwood. I go every 2 weeks. He's working on my arms and hands and left side sciatica. My sciatica has been at a minimum since Allan has been working with me. Also helping my hands as well. I had been going to a chiropractor for years to no avail. Massage therapy and stretching has helped me so much. Thank you, Allan!

I got a 90 minute massage and I was so disappointed I've done massage therapy before I wanted to cry because no pressure and interesting conversation but I'm ill about that massage I will not be going back
