This visit restored my faith in our health care system. Extreme transparency with how I was being billed and what to expect financially down to the line. Felt safe and able to talk through everything on my mind. Went in for a cleaning came out a lot smarter, reviewing proper brushing/flossing techniques, and an in-depth review of pocket depth length. Dr. Miller and everyone else we encountered here was very professional and caring. My wife has "dental anxiety" so extra care was taken to make both of us as comfortable as possible. We were also very impressed to have our exam, cleaning and crowns completed in 2-3 hours. To make our experience even better, the cost was significantly less than other dentists we've used previously. We were first time patients and will definitely be coming back for all of our future dental needs.

Soumya Pandey, DDS is the worst dentist I have ever been to. I waited nearly a year before writing this review, but feel others should be aware of our experience. I scheduled appointments for both myself and my husband with Dr. Pandey. During my appointment, she treated her dental assistant so poorly that the assistant was brought to tears. The behavior was verbally abusive and deeply uncomfortable to witness. Additionally, Dr. Pandey was rough during my treatment. During my husband’s appointment, he required a crown. Despite being numbed multiple times, he repeatedly told Dr. Pandey that he could feel everything she was doing and that the pain was severe.
