This veterinary clinic was the only one who actually took the time to explain step by step all on the table and actually took my baby in for an EMERGENCY pyometra surgery same day I contacted them!! I am FOREVER grateful to Dr. Lei and assistants for their love and care of my kina’u❤️❤️❤️ The night I took my baby home from surgery, I was so scared and worried of her healing process, symptoms and called the emergency line, and Dr. Lei called me back immediately!! What pet doctor does this? DR. LEI 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽 she took away all of my worries🥰 and told me everything would be fine and it was. We are so incredibly grateful for this clinic. They were able to see our beloved dog on an emergency basis, and I can’t express how relieved I was — her leg had suddenly become very swollen, and she was even dragging it behind her. You can imagine how beside myself with worry I felt. After having experiences with other clinics in the past, finding this one has been a true blessing. Dr. Lei is AMAZING, and the entire staff is so kind and compassionate. Chase and Lily were wonderful — genuinely caring, attentive, and supportive throughout the visit. Dr. Lei is simply the best vet we've ever had for our little fur baby. She's so kind and loving, she always has a smile on her face and you can tell she really enjoys being a vet. You know she went in it for the love of animals. When we moved here I needed to find a eat and this vet got back to us right away. We were lucky enough they were taking new patients and got an appointment for her allergy shots. She had saved our little fur baby three times already. I know she wouldn't be with us still if it wasn't for Dr. Lei, she knew exactly what was wrong with her every time and knew what to do and how to treat her quickly. We owe her so much for knowing what to do and how to help our little fur baby. I absolutely love her and she's a gem.

Our pup loves Dr. Lei and looks forward to each visit! She is so kind and takes the time to answer any questions and say hello to my dog. She is always up to date with what the best thing is for my dog and we appreciate her and her team so much! Her helpers are always nice and people at front desk are always helpful and kind too!
