Don’t recommend. The staff aren’t the friendliest. When coming to into a dentist I want to be greeted and feel comfortable as I come in even over the phone there’s no relaxing reassurance. The dentist is nice but I don’t feel like I got the proper care I needed. I’ve had random assistants cleaning my teeth every time. I have a cavity in the back Dr. Jay sent me to a root canal specialist and the root canal specialist told me that he could just fill it. And did just save my tooth! Never got a call back for a new appointment or to see if you could even do it. I found a new and better dentist that is taken care of me. Do your research before you make an appointment here. Not trying to talk down, but we need more professional.

This place is a yes for me. They accepted me with no problem as a new patient. The front desk is so nice! They're great with communication. I guarantee you will not miss your appointment time because I had quite a few reminders.👍 I was even offered to move up my second appointment when a spot became available. Dr.J is nice and took care of my poorly taken care of molar swiftly. This place has a good team running it. Don't let the older reviews scare you like they did to me.

This is gonna be long: my expectations going here were kind of low seeing the other reviews. This is one of the only places our insurance has for us here (MetLife) so we decided to give it a try and I am sure glad we did. My son is 3 and very kind and excited to do things like go to the dentist. We get there early, it’s quiet, the front office staff is nice. We get called back by Joy the hygienist and into the room. First thing I noticed was everything was clean, good start. Joy was SO amazing with my son. She let him know every step of the way, made him feel like he was helping, and really talked to him in a great way. I was more than pleased with her. So far, I’ve been there one time and I really liked the office. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. My only issue is They scheduled my appointment for a Friday and I called the Wednesday before To confirm but when I went to look on their website for directions, it says their closed. Well come to find out they actually are open on Friday sometimes, But if you try to call They won’t answer And I’m not driving 25 minutes just to know if they’re closed or not. So if they schedule you on a Friday and it says it’s closed apparently it’s not closed But don’t call because they’ll say they’re closed. Very confusing. Maybe give the patient a heads up next time

I had BCBS and medicaid insurance. I recently separated from my job to be a sahm and so I only had Medicaid. I called two weeks prior to my visit and they stated I would be covered a d fine for my upcoming appointment. However when I arrived they then ran my insurance again and stated that they actually dont take straight medicaid. Now I’m trying to find a new dentist in a hurry so I’m not in pain anymore … Update: I also want to note that they were given both my bcbs and medicaid insurance numbers. When i first gave it to them i asked them to bill medicaid after bcbs and they said they would but said something weird about how medicaid doesnt always pay. Come to find out they lied and never billed them. (Which now i know they didnt take my Medicaid plan even though they told me they did)
