Iredell Urology

I called this morning to request a change to my husband’s anti-inflammatory medication due to the reaction he experienced (before he returned to work). We had already discussed this with the doctor — who has been wonderful, by the way. However, my interaction with Amy in the office was disappointing. Her tone came across as dismissive, and she continued to argue with me about details of the appointment, even though I was present. It only takes one negative encounter to make someone hesitant about returning or recommending a practice, and I wanted to share this feedback because we truly do appreciate the care the doctor provides.

Amazing, kind folks to deal with! Excellent care, cannot say enough good about this practice!

The staff and doctor at Iredell Urology have been very kind to me. I’m so glad to be feeling better. I will be coming to them from now on!

I tried getting an appointment and instead of explaining why, I was told I was rejected for my appointment and given no reason as to why. If you can’t have empathy for a potential patient I am thankful I was not seen here.
