Horrible horrible horrible and a scam Tonya was extremely rude called me a idiot I called to see if this is legit and its not. I had no debt like Tonya said I did she threatened to take me to court do not fall for it or give your info ir card info out!

I just had the exact same experience. I NEVER received a bill or any other contact via USPS mail, email or even a phone call, yet my account was turned over for collections. I saw them ONE time, in January, and am really not happy to find out their unhanded actions 11 months later. Without a bill to pay, I assume that my insurance covers costs. I fail to see the point of this; I would have happily paid my bill, if only I had received one. If you want a collection account to mar your otherwise perfect credit report, then this is definitely the place to go.

Would not submit my bill to insurance because it was "too late". My insurance asked for the bill to be sent anyway and after a long fight with the mean ladies who answer the phones they finally did and my bill was covered by insurance as it should have been day one. I was also told "I'm not gonna submit it because it would be a waste of time and paper". Horrible treatment to someone who was in an out of state vehicle accident and was injured and had bills piling up. The people need retrained or fired.

This place will take your insurance money and then send you straight to collections! They don't send a bill at all. They don't call you. They will have your work, home, cell numbers but NEVER call. You will not know you owe them anything and then one day it will show up on your credit report! Just like that! The office manager must not have any sort of life at all because she seems to just get off and doing this to people who came to them for help. It's sad because I think the radiologist are nice and caring but they don't know what their staff is doing to people.

Received 1st bill which was incorrect. Asked for corrected bill to be sent to pay. Next bill said I was being turned over for collections. Bill still incorrect. Next bill again said turned over for collection with a different amount again. Paid this as I couldn't get them on the phone to verify amount. Tried thru out the day for 3 days. o not use these people if at all possible. Unfortunately if you go to hospital I don't think you have a choice. Terrible company.
