I had an accident at work & had been dealing with Sedgwick for over a month before they scheduled my Ortho appt. I was hesitant & feeling pretty hopeless when I went in for my 1st appt. That all changed. Jill was on top of everything in the office! She handles the WC claim so efficiently. I was treated by Rachel. Her beside manor is great! She listens & explains everything so well. I appreciate both of them so much! I would also like to mention how smoothly the appointments go. They check you in and out quickly. The wait time has never been long.

What a wonderful Dr. and staff. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. His bed side manner is perfect and he made me feel like he really cared for my issues. If I ever need a Dr in the future, I'm coming to him. Praise God for good health care.

I've been trying to work with this clinic regarding a Worker's comp claim. Once the claim was filed (slightly delayed) I received the list of providers the insurance company had approved. The only orthopedic office approve was Iredell Orthopedic Center. There were a few more hoops we needed to jump through in order to schedule the appt. However, from the initial phone call the staff was less than professional, compassionate or friendly. I called and explained I was calling to schedule an appointment on a worker's comp claim and the response from Emily was "Have you faxed in your paper work?!?" I said , "I'm sorry no, I don't know what I need to send as this is the first time we're speaking. What exactly do you need?" She quickly rattled off a list of about 3-4 things. Luckily, I had

First time breaking a major bone and needing surgery. They were awesome!! Thorough, kind and explained everything so I understood it. Office staff is also just as great!!

Love Dr. Batley! He did my knee replacement 7 years ago. Told him when I was climbing mts. In Switzerland, I told my daughter I would do a commercial for him! 🤣 Now I am having trouble with a hip and he’s my man!
