Intuitive Touch Massage

EXTREMLY unprofessional and unsatisfactory experience with the service provider, Jacqui , from Intuitive Touch Massage, whose services I attempted to book using a Groupon voucher. Over a month ago, when scheduling the appointment, Jacqui exhibited unprofessional behavior, very chatty, speaking loudly and talking over me. She initially asked if I could receive the massage at her home (a condo), which I declined, insisting on a professional setting. Following this interaction, she requested and prematurely redeemed my Groupon voucher for the service before the service had been provided. My attempt to confirm the appointment 72 hours prior received only an emoji "thumbs-up" response. When I arrived at the address listed on the Groupon confirmation, Jacqui was not present. Jacquie is an excellent massage therapist. She really knows what she is doing. She fixed an area in my hip that had been bothering me for years and I have been in physical therapy for. She is also the only massage therapist I have found that knows how to treat TMJ. I highly recommend!

Former massage therapist here- Would give 0 if I could. This women received her ‘degree’ from a Cracker Jack box. First, when I called to schedule, she said don’t book the Groupon you can just pay me I’ll honor it but it’s cash only and you tip based off of the original price of 90, not the Groupon price of 52. I said ok and scheduled. Like yes I’m all for tipping and always do but you’re not entitled to a tip, a tip is for a job well done. As a business owner I’d imagine you charge $95 to cover your expenses and pay yourself, so to mention tipping at all is extremely tacky and in very poor tast. When I got there, she didn’t have me fill out or sign anything. Nothing about any injuries or allergies, didn’t ask me a single thing. I asked what she used for oil or lotion and said coconut oil

Jacqui has a wealth of experience in quite a few effective healing modalities. I have been going to her for over a year. My favorite is how she incorporates hot stones into the massage. I highly recommend Intuitive Touch Massage.

Jacque specializes in tmj trigger point therapy but she does other forms of massages, also. All the pressure I used to feel in my neck has been gone and stays gone for the most part! I swear she’s got an amazing touch, one that most massage therapists don’t!
