Integrity Urgent Care - Decatur

Staff was friendly, came in for a sick visit because my provider was booked up. Even though I did a walk-in my wait was less than an hour. What I appreciated most was that PA Caleb didn’t blanket diagnose me, he listened and saw other things going on. After prescription he gave already feeling better the next day. Will definitely recommend and use this office again in the future for me and my families needs.

Our kiddos always seem to get sick when our pediatricians office is closed. They provide quick care and show great patience with children. We took my son there yesterday and he was ultimately referred to cooks to rule out more serious conditions. Instead of brushing us off our provider sympathized with us and gave us her best recommendation and called ahead for us. She really went above and beyond our expectations by calling us today to check in on him. We appreciate her efforts to ensure his safety and wellbeing!

I would not recommend anyone to this location for a simple pre-employment drug screen. Although they told me to make an appointment to avoid the wait as a walk-in, they still made me wait in line after walk-ins when I showed up for my appointment. Waiting 1 hour to pee in a cup. I could name names but just recommend you go somewhere else for a simple drug screen. They should rotate the urine sample people i quickly between the urgent-care cases or assign one tech to do drug screens only.

The only reason I am giving a four instead of a five. Is that online you can make an appointment which I did. However, I discovered after getting there that there are not really any appointments. So I waited 3 hours to see the nurse practitioner. However, the staff made up for the wait. The young woman at the front desk was always pleasant and informative despite the stressful conditions of having a room full of sick people waiting for a long time. The person who took my vitals and information in the treatment room was very nice and kind because I felt pretty bad. The nurse practitioner was efficient but also kind and thoughtful. He immediately saw what was wrong which was a sinus infection and made a treatment plan. The young woman from the front desk gave me two shots, one for pain which

This is the best urgent care I've been to in a hot minute. They got me in pretty quickly, and the lady at the front desk was super nice and really helpful, especially with my new insurance. She even gave me some good info about primary care places since I was having a hard time finding one that takes my insurance in the area. The nurse and doctor were quick, professional, and really listened to what I was saying. They made sure I got the care I needed. Definitely will be coming back and plan to use them for primary care too!
