Over two years and I am still always so grateful for thier professional and also above and beyond service. Small town courtesy with up to date tech. In store service is fast and friendly or service is available on line with quick window pick up. 5 stars from me.

How unprofessional can a pharmacy get? They don't like our Dr, so refuse to fill meds they don't agree with! A family member has had cancer a few times, has cadaver bone in his neck, 2 surgeries, & other issues. They (as my insurance co said) try to play God and over ride the Drs orders constantly. A few Rx they won't fill, and one they make it so hard it brings me to tears! Been with the same Dr and Renshaw for 15 years and whom ever took over now at Renshaw is running it into the ground. The lady pharmacist even LIED to my face saying we couldn't pay out of pocket! Yes, yes you can. You can pay cash for an RX and get it from your insurance later. She said "it's a law you can only go through insurance"! She lied. Glad to have made the change!!

Best pharmacy around. Been going here for years and refuse to go to another one. Best staff that actually CARE about you. Nothing but good words for this place they are amazing.

Renshaws is so AWESOME! Neither my husband or I could pick our prescriptions up so we called to have them delivered and they said it would be tomorrow but they delivered them today instead , about 15 min after we called ! The SWEETEST girl came to our door with them . I will ALWAYS be their biggest fan!!

For the sake of anyone’s finances and finding mature competent employees I highly advise trying another pharmacy besides this one as Decatur has many options to choose from. This company also removes bad reviews as they come in allowing the 4.9 star , But I’ll be back here daily to repost!
