Integrity Pain Management

Integrity Pain Management helped me get my life back. Before them I was having the worst back pain due to a car accident. Dr. Latch helped me out and pointed me in the right direction. After a few visits with them and a few injections my back was A LOT BETTER! I highly recommend integrity pain management everyone from the front desk, to the nurses and doctors are awesome. They make you feel right at home and make the visits a lot easier. Thank you Dr Latch and Integrity Pain Management for everything!

I'm truly sad and just disappointed in this group that I trusted so much. When I made a pain management plan with Dr. Latch everything was great. This month I was supposed to receive my oral steroids, their PA denied me a refill with no consideration to how it would effect me and my life. Now they won't return my calls or emails. I just want my MRI CD's and medical records.

Dark and dingy office, employees don’t know what they are doing, and they don’t return calls or answer the phone. The most unprofessional, egomaniacal “doctors” office I have ever been to. My accident, prior doctors, 3/4 MRIs, and PI lawyer are all in Colorado. I recently moved to Texas and was referred to Integrity Pain Management for my lower back pain and to get an MRI on my knee. Despite the equipment being in San Antonio, I was told Dr. Latch would not preform PRP at the that location, and he only does it at his other office in Colorado. That’s wasn’t a problem so I booked travel to Colorado. The San Antonio office said they would send my lower back reports to Dr. Latch to review and decide if I was a good candidate and that he would give me a call. Meanwhile, I was to get my knee

All of the doctors are incredibly kind . Today I got some injections & epidural done . My nurse was Mike & he is amazing . I've never had any kind of surgery of before & was scared . He immediately put my mind @ ease . He has a great bedside manner . He was so patient & listened earnestly to my worries . You can tell he loves his pain job & it hasn't become "routine " to him yet . He's an example to all the rn's out there . Thank you so much nurse Mike

EDS runs in my family and I've had degenerative back pain as well as bilaterally knee issues for over five years. I just started going to Intergrity Pain Management. Dr. Latch spent a great deal of time with me as well as Dr. Sandoval. I'd recommend them to anyone. Trying to control EDS pain with the connective tissue issues is complicated and each day is different but I finally have hope and I'm so happy I went to them. Hope is a great thing.
