I went for a deep cut on my ring finger, and the care I got was outstanding. There were a few people ahead of me, however while I waited to be seen, the primary provider personally came out to check in with me that the cut wasn’t serious enough that I didn’t need immediate attention. When I was seen, the MA Fanny took excellent care to clean the cut, ease my worries and treat me with genuine empathy. When I was seen again by the primary provider, Blissa, she took every step to try and fix what was an otherwise uncooperative cut. Every attempt was done with caution and she always made sure to check if I was ok. It seemed like nothing was going to seal my finger up, but eventually it ceased bleeding after some quick thinking to use a special powder and applying lots of pressure. At times

Everyone was so professional and helpful! I fell and hurt my leg and needed an X-ray. The whole visit took less than an hour. I left and lost my phone in the parking lot. My husband went back to look for it and the receptionist even offered to help look for it!! My husband found it, by the way!

I had a very positive experience here today. I was seen by nurse Melanie and PA Kristen Schaffer. Kristen was friendly, very thorough and ran a variety of tests to determine the issue, and provided professional and helpful insight. They were also very efficient and got me in and out quickly. I would definitely return.

Went complaining of chest pains! They checked me in , saw the nurse , she did an EKG, Dr comes in and says “What can I do for you” surprised I said “I don’t know you tell me you’re the Dr.” his response was we can’t do anything for you here, this is the worst place for you to be with chest pains, you need to go to the ER! Then why did you accept me as a patient? Shouldn’t the person at the front desk have said Sorry you should go to the ER? Not to mention the unprofessionalism of the Dr.

I am an experienced ER nurse who works over night. I was woken up after maybe 30 minutes of sleep to pick my child up from school and take her to this location for a random drug screening. They were doing testing at the school but she couldn’t go so they had her drink a ton of water and sent us over. By the time we got there the older receptionist was rude and unaccommodating. I explained the situation and that the school was supposed to call ahead. In the meantime my 15 year old daughter was in pain from needing to release her bladder. I asked if they could just give her the cup so she wasn’t uncomfortable anymore. The older rude receptionist refused and continued her call to the school. The young lady behind the desk was the only one that showed an ounce of empathy. While my daughter had
