Mrs. Joanna is an angel on earth. From the time I walked in, it felt like I knew this lady from my past life. She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Bowen is also amazing. She’s thorough, honest, kind and very knowledgeable. Her office is a work of art. I have never, in my life, seen an office so meticulously built, designed and decorated the way Dr.Bowens office is. You can tell she loves what she does because it speaks on the creativity of her office. I 10000% recommend Dr. Bowen for any orthodontic needs ! Mrs. Joanna, you’re a rare being. Never change💕.

My daughter comes here for braces and not only is Dr. Bowen thorough, she and the entire staff are so nice and personable! I quoted a couple local providers for branes before deciding on Bowen. They were the most reasonably priced without adding additional procedures that would have cost thousands of dollars more. Plus, you can't neat the complimentary coffee bar! I never wait more than a couple minutes for my appointment and my daughter is so well taken care of while she is there. I highly recommend!

They always greet us with a smile, take the time to answer our questions, and go out of their way to make sure every visit is comfortable and stress-free. I have never written a Google review before but I feel compelled to do so with Bowen Family Orthodontics. It is a pleasure to be a patient here. I started with a free consultation online, which turned into me putting a down payment on my adult braces the same day because I knew this was the right place for me. My payment plan is super low and affordable. Each appointment I walk in and am immediately recognized by the ladies up front. If I’m running late all I have to do is shoot a text to them and they’re super responsive and compassionate. Scheduling is very flexible and a breeze each time, and I can even change appointments easily through call or text. I have not had a bad experience at Bowen Family Orthodontics whatsoever. Our first time here, the staff made my daughter feel so comfortable and explained the difference between braces and Invisalign to help her make the right choice for her. Definitely a different experience from when I was a kid getting braces 20+ years ago (different practice). I would highly recommend Dr Bowen and her staff. The facility is very clean and organized as well . Just an overall exceptional place.
