I had an outstanding experience at TenBrook Orthodontics! The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. Everyone takes great pride in educating patients about their care packages, ensuring you feel confident and informed. I especially appreciated how personable the entire team was—it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. The dentist took the time to thoroughly evaluate my needs, listened to all of my concerns, and addressed each one with patience and expertise. He never rushed through the process, which made me feel valued as a patient. I am at the beginning of my process but am looking forward to working with them and feel comfortable with the team.

I’m very happy and satisfied with my smile and the expertise of TenBrook. The office staff is always kind and lovely. My issue is with their office availability system, they are only in the office closest to me once a week. This has made scheduling appointments very difficult and has pushed back my treatment for several months.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about TenBrook Orthodontics! From the first initial appointment to retainer check up, the entire staff has been amazing. We felt completely welcomed and taken care of at the multiple facilities we had appointments at. During COVID, my teenager had to attend some of the appointments solo; I completely trusted that she was in good hands. She even enjoyed going to her appointments! If I ever had questions, they were answered immediately and thoroughly. It is bittersweet to have my daughter's braces off. We will miss seeing the staff! I highly recommend TenBrook Orthodontics!
