It was my first visit to the opthomologist after being seen at Wills eye ER in Philadelphia. As everyone knows, dealing with an eye situation is scary. The staff was very accommodating and professional. Stephanie (physicians asst) was very knowledgeable and soothing. Dr Haines immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. It was an appointment that I was dreading. I will go back in a month and feel educated. Thanks to all.
