Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill

I’ve been to this hospital (ER) multiple times, both for myself and with my kids, and every experience has been consistently positive. The efficiency here really stands out—there has never been a long wait to be seen or to get a room. The facility is always very clean and well-maintained. On our visits with my children, the doctor was fantastic—great bed side manner, and great at explaining things in a way that put both the me and my son at ease. Based on my repeated experiences, I would highly recommend this hospital. I’m honestly surprised to see it rated so low, as it has consistently exceeded my expectations in both care and efficiency.

We had our second baby at Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill, and the experience was nothing short of wonderful. She arrived a few weeks early and needed time in the ICN (Intermediate Care Nursery), but the nursing staff made all the difference—they were exceptionally kind, supportive, and attentive to both my wife and me during a understandably stressful time. Their compassion brought us comfort when we needed it most. The hospital itself was thoughtfully set up—our room was clean and cozy, and the couch converted surprisingly well into a mattress bed (a small detail that meant a lot during those overnight stays). Also, having 24/7 access to good food in the cafeteria was a nice bonus. We’re incredibly grateful to the entire team at Inspira for the care they provided.

I am extremely disappointed with the care I received in the ER at Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill. My experience was frustrating, uncomfortable, and at times felt completely neglectful. An order was placed for me to eat around 7:00 AM, yet every time I asked staff if I could eat or drink they told me there was no order. Around 11:00 AM they said they would order food, but it was accidentally ordered for the wrong patient. Because of this mistake, I did not receive food until about 2:30 PM. During my stay, three different IVs fell out. One time I waited an entire hour for a nurse to fix it, and the explanation given was that she had four new patients. Another time no one came at all after I rang for help. I also waited three hours for my catheter to be removed after repeatedly explai

If having cancer can be a good experience I had kidney cryo today and the team was wonderful. Lauren, Liz, Kelly, Dr Cherian, Christine , Dr Hansberry in interventional radiology we're all wonderful, attentive and truly caring. I can't remember the names of those who got me thru the embolism procedure yesterday but Cody is a star. He even checked in on me today. Love you all and thank you!

My mom has been admitted after coming in an ambulance. They are extremely busy and mom was admitted yet had to stay in the emergency room due to no rooms available. The nurses and doctors have been absolutely amazing. My mom said everyone was so nice she felt like a queen. I appreciate the care she has been given. Only negative I have is with her being in the ER overnight her room was not properly cleaned. Trash overflowing and just messy. It's understandable because I did see how busy everyone was. Thank you Inspira. You're staff has been so helpful informative and caring.
