Prefacing with GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Zero stars if I could. I guess one star is adequate since staff was nice. That's about all they had going for them. I came in for back pain that prevented me from even moving. I brought a virtual copy of my insurance card and they asked for an emailed copy of it. While the waiting room only had a couple people, I waited over an hour because it seems they had not received the email. So despite deciding to treat me while trying to sort that, I sat waiting for them. 20 minutes after re-sending they finally brought me back into a room. I waited at least another 30 minutes in there before being seen by a doctor. While waiting in the room to be seen, I noticed they were a little antiquated in their equipment. The nurse who saw me to take my vitals, wrote eve
I get seen fairly quickly. Only a 10 minute wait and the first nurse was very friendly. I tell her I have lower back pain which has been an issue for years since I had my son. I can’t even stand up straight and walking hurts. I have not had health insurance from right after my son was born up until a month ago. This is my first flare up in a month so I figured now would be the best time to finally get some help. The nurse writes down all my information and then goes out to the hall to speak with the practitioner who is coming to see me. She reads off everything I told her and he responds very audibly “Oh give me a break”. Can you imagine how uncomfortable I felt once he walked into the room?
my great grand daughter(20 months old) was brought to this facility with a very high temperature. upon entering they asked for her insurance(no problem). When they found out that it was a state plan(blue cross) they told them that they could not see her as they don't take that insurance. They were sent to another urgent care at that time. They clearly didn't care about my great grand daughter but only the money or how they will get paid. This is very unprofessional on there part. When someone is sick they should help the patient and not worry about the money. Stay away if you don't have the proper insurance....
Just another cattle shute that is ONLY in business for money. Gone are the days of actual care and appointments being seen at your actual appointment time. The worse problem is they no NOTHING about covid here. Nurse insisted I change my medical mask for their medical mask. All the while touching it with her fingers. Doctor didn't do anything more than I can do myself through youtube videos. They refused to see someone next to me who tested negative for covid and was trying to get to the bottom of his symptoms. Amazing these places still exist. Read the reviews for the urgent care. Borderline criminal care there. Embarrassing Inspira has its name on this.
I have had wonderful experiences here and then I had a terrible experience. The Dr. failed horribly to meet my expectations. 1st- I asked the dosage of Benadryl to provide my 4 year old. He told me to follow the directions on the box. There are no dosing instructions for that age on the box. Then there was an issue with the RX being sent from the Washington TWP Inspira which the Dr., that saw my son, was not working at that day. We were seen at Tomlin Station. Once that was straight, the pharmacist was unable to get anyone to answer the phone at the Tomlin Station location. When I called, I was transferred to the Dr and repremanded for calling. He stated that the pharmacist has to call him, which I understand 100,%. I did not ask to speak with him. And I will not be repremanded li
