Inspira Health Center Mullica Hill Commons

This nurse demonstrates poor customer service and has exhibited discriminatory behavior towards Latino patients. She speaks to us in a condescending tone, and we overheard her refer to us as "illegals." According to her, she is the night shift supervisor and manages insurance at this location. I have not encountered issues during my visits, but whenever she is present, concerns arise. She tends to treat us with a dismissive attitude. I ceased visiting this facility primarily because of her behavior. When I addressed this with her, she claimed that her supervisor had spoken to her the last time but did not suggest that she was wrong, implying that her conduct was acceptable. If her supervisor fails to address her behavior, I am concerned about how she treats others.

Dominique was the receptionist and made my first visit amazing. She was knowledgeable and kind and patient. She was attentive to details and deserves a raise. She made me like visiting the doctors office and I normally hate it. Thanks Dominique!

Tried to make an appointment because I woke up feeling unwell. I could feel pressure in my ears, and I am prone to ear infections. The receptionist said I could only have a telehealth appointment unless I had a negative covid test. Without a negative test, I had to wait 5 DAYS to make an in person appointment. I was shocked! I looked on the inspira website, and this policy is not listed. I contacted customer service, and apparently this is NOT an Inspira policy. Customer service said someone from management would be contacting Dr. Nguyen's office immediately. The doctors office called me back and said I could make an in person appointment now. Like, I would want to see a doctor who just refused service? I certainly wouldn't feel like I was getting good healthcare. This isn't the

Horrible Horrible experience in this office. The doctors are nice. But the Horrible nurses and front desk are Horrible Horrible. Do not put your health in the hands of this office. I'm going somewhere else after one visit at this office.

Was at mullica hill family practice for a 2:45 pm visit and taken back at 2:55pm not bad BUT was not seen for 1hr .so what's the point of an appointment. And it's all the time.
