I was not sure what to expect from a mail order pharmacy, IWP has never disappointed me. They are well organized and get the prescription out on time. Don’t hesitate if you have any doubts . I have my prescription delivered to a UPS hub so I can pick it up and not miss the home delivery.

Your better off just having your meds sent to the pharmacy had spine surgery and took them 5 days to get my meds to me that were suppose to be taken the day after my surgery then when i call i just get excuses why its delayed

I am so thankful for IWP the entire staff. This company has went above and beyond for me in my time of need. I am so thankful to God for them. They really have shown me compassion in my time of need. This entire process is painful and draining for myself. However, IWP staff have been there for me through the entire process. And humbly and sincerely say "thank you and God bless you all." Great company to work with. Everyone there is extremely nice and they go out of their way to help solve any type of issues. I ALWAYS get my meds on time, and the one and only time that I didn't was because a huge storm had come through and flooded the area where my package had made a stop, waiting to go to its next destination. IWP is hands down THE BEST pharmacy that I have ever used, and one of THE BEST companies that I have dealt with. ALSO...if you're new to using them...Toni and Storm are 2 of the most reliable customer service reps to talk to. Bubbly, funny, and super helpful!! When the supervisors break HIPPA by talking to you without verifying your identification about your treatment plan ... I could have been anyone...when the calls come in as scam likely, also a problem. No supervisors available when you call they're "all in a meeting" every single time. This place is a scam and a joke ran by the most unprofessional team
