Pharmacist Justin provided excellent service & when above and beyond. He took the time to explain how to proceed with the over the counter prep prescribed by my physician. Wish most Pharmacist would take the time to inter act with patients & people from their community. Thank you Justin for being so nice and professional. God bless

Awesome staff! Really appreciate everything they do. Would recommend this pharmacy to everyone. The pharmacist Justin is so friendly and knowledgeable. Was very helpful getting me set up as a new patient with a special order medication I needed that they didn't typically carry. The other pharmacist is also super friendly. Can't imagine going anywhere else and getting such great service. Thanks so much to the Ingles #85 pharmacy staff!!

10/15/24 I am not upset about the credit system being down. I can always write a check. I do not mind showing your tech my license. When she requires me to dig it out of my billfold so she can see the back, I am over it. She wanted to scan it. It is always a pain to dig out of the plastic cover it sticks to. If I had not felt so bad I would have told her I would go elsewhere. Over a week of being sick, taking prednisone and another antibiotic left me exhausted. At 72 years old surely there is a pharmacy that does not have a Justi that makes life hard for old, sick people. Not a good experience. No apology for the inconvenience either. Lots of pharmacies out there. I do not have any idea why they needed my license nor did they ever say. Also no info given about the new meds I was picking u

If you need your prescription 2 or 3 days from now, this is the place to go, because you won't be getting it the same day.
