Dr. Garrison and his staff were exceptional. Warmly greeted, no wait for my appointment. Dr. Garrison was so informative regarding my hearing loss and the cause of it. Answered all of my questions regarding the use of the hearing aids, and now I won’t have to keep the volume of my TV on 50! Thanks Dr. Garrison and staff!!
There is never a wait more than about 2 minutes. I go there with my 91 year old mother and he just ordered a single hearing aid replacement. We always leave satisfied.
My friend got her hearing aids here. They do not work properly, she has been back several times and still has difficulty hearing, I would say her hearing is worse with the hearing aids since she got them a few months ago, and we are together every day. The people were nice and professional but the equipment is crap.
I am so thankful for Smoky Mountain Hearing Specialist. After many years of service in the USAF my husband lost a substantial amount of hearing. Today, our lives have changed forever. Working with this team has been the best decision we’ve ever made. The quality of care was exceptional and the experience was outstanding.
