Morristown Dentistry

The girl at the front desk was very friendly. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS AWFUL. I came back in April and had a relatively good experience and didn’t get the typical scammy dentist experience even though a lot of things were out dated. So I made another appointment for today for 8:30 6 months ago. I checked in at 8:21. I didn’t get seen till 9:04. Then she couldn’t get the machinery to work. Then she was making me hold the tools. It was also filthy in there. Then she was burning my teeth and I told her that and she goes oh each beds is different. I finally just got up and told her I was miserable and it was gross in there and left. They also had tools on the floor. Pictured below

Staff is friendly and pleasant. Dr. Is very nice. The only thing I was annoyed about is my Appt. Was scheduled for 4:45 and at about 11am they called and asked me to come in earlier at 4:15. Arrived at 4pm. Was taken back about 4:20. Nurse took xray and said he will be in to see you soon. I sat in the chair until like 5:20, before he came in to see me. So basically what was the point of me coming in at 4:15? My dental issue was taken care of with care. I do recommend them,. Hopefully me waiting over an hour will not happen again. That's the only reason for the 4 stars.

Went to get dentures redone the dentist is wonderfull he knew exactly why my other dentures did not fit and working very hard the fix the problem. The assistant was wonderful and front staff great. Don’t know where the bad reviews came from but this place is great.

Early morning on New Years Eve a front crown post broke. I called 9 dentists before Morristown Dentistry - most were closed but the few open were either totally booked or not taking new patients. The person answering phone was so caring and didn't hesitate to offer help. They took me that afternoon at 1:30 and did great work gluing it back temporarily for me even knowing I lived 50 minutes away and probably wouldn't be back. Everyone in that office was so friendly and caring from front desk to the dentist. I would recommend them highly.

I had a great experience at my initial appointment. Going back for a cleaning next week. I want to thank the staff for their great attitude and welcoming atmosphere.
