Urgent Team Walk-in Urgent Care - Morristown

Easy and convenient check in process via tablet and online system. Transparent waiting room process by showing an online wait list. I went on New Years Day, they were the only walk in open in town so it was busy but given the circumstances it went as well as it could. I saw Loretta Parton, NP and I was thoroughly impressed by her. She was confident in her assessment, thorough and prescribed the medications I needed and got them to the appropriate pharmacy in a timely manner, even when we had to switch pharmacies due to the other being closed. I typically do not enjoy my experiences at walk in clinics but I must say this was the best I have had. I would choose her as a primary care provider if she was one.

The doctor is excellent; she listened and personally called me the next day to make sure I was doing ok; she referred me to a new primary care. She made sure I was able to get in contact with them; and made sure they are taking care of me.

I'd never used an urgent care before, but I couldn't drive the 40 miles to my Primary Care. From the moment I walked in, the Urgent Team started taking care of me. Truly, they are so kind and caring, I was amazed. My NP, Loretta Parton, spent an enormous amout of time with me. Listening to me, and explaining the medicene I was about to take. An enormous amount compared to "regular" doctor offices. And they were busy. I will have no problem returning there for care. Because that's exactly what I got.

Donald Killion, NP, is absolutely phenomenal! He is hilarious, incredibly thorough, and truly embodies patient-centered care. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and is extremely knowledgeable. You can tell he genuinely wants the very best outcomes for his patients, which makes such a difference in care. The front office and medical assistants are just as fantastic—friendly, efficient, and welcoming from start to finish. This urgent care sets the standard for excellent care. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Karen Angela Hobbs. Shes the very best. I went through 5 Dr's before going to her. With all of them telling me I had a stomach virus. She was the only one who actually checked me out and figured out I had pneumonia! I went to her today. She was fast and very informative. She gave me an IV for dehydration and also some shots. Im feeling better. Ive literally been in bed for 7 days I couldn't eat and barely could keep fluids down. If you're sick this lady will take care of you and find out what's wrong. I HIGHLY recommend her.
