Ingles Markets Inc.

We had a women’s conference scheduled for 11am on Saturday and were to pick up the food at 9am. Upon arrival, and through miscommunication, the food was not ready and they thought the meeting was on Sunday. How do we prepare to feed 160 women in 2 hours. We were at a loss! Well, the deli team rolled their sleeves up and said “we are going to take care of this order and we will be ready by 11”! Oh my goodness! They pulled the team together, called for help from the bakery, and even from Starbucks! They met the time line because of their outstanding customer service and team work. They have been our go to for this conference and this is our 3rd. We look forward to using their services in the future. They made 160 women happy and my life wasn’t threatened😆

Best grocery store in Statesville. They have just about everything you would want and need. Great place for lunch or dinner as well. They have a salad bar, soup bar, pasta and meals bar, nuts/fruits/candies bar, coffee shop, cook to order meals and sandwiches made to order, cakes and deserts, deli with tons of options. They also have peanut butter machines that make the peanut butter with options of honey roasted, organic, almond butter. The honey roasted peanut butter is by far the best peanut butter you can get. I am a huge peanut butter guy and this stuff they make is the best I've ever had; better than any others brands you can get in any store. Best grocery store around by far!!!

Really love this grocery store. Great selection. Organized. Everything looks nice. It’s clean. They have a great variety. Love their bulk section of trail mixes! I specifically drive there for this trail mix now lol. But I think others are too because it’s been empty a few times. I need to keep my special snacks a secret 😄 One of the nicer stores to shop at for sure! Prices are decent too. Friendly.

Visited Ingles this morning and decided to grab a box of donuts, opened the box and the bottoms have mold spots on every donut. I recommend not getting the boxed up bakery donuts here. Not sure how long they leave them out. Normally I have a great experience just surprised by this one.

I've purposely visited this Ingles for the hot bar options. The variety is greater than the location in Taylorsville highway, but as a "foodie" I was strongly suggest having the food options refreshed more often throughout the day, or just discarded. It's not visually appealing to see unturned food that has sat on a stationary heater getting darker and dryer as the day progresses. I've had some good food from this store, and I would like for it to remain a place that I think of for tasty and visually appealing food options. Thank You!
