Infinity Dental PLLC

After checking out Aspen Dental and being absolutely unhappy I decided to go to Infinity Dental in Crossville TN. From the moment I signed it I was pleasantly surprised. Front desk very friendly, xray technician top notch (they even have 3D xrays which was awesome). Dr. Farid was very nice and explained to me every single detail while showing me my xrays. He gave me few options for my treatment but advised to go with the specific one. Hygienist Kathleen did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and explaining my gum health. At the end they explained my future treatment and the cost. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't extremely expensive. I recommend them 100%.

I am a new patient with Infinity Dental in Crossville, Tennessee. They are wonderful! From the moment I walked through the door. The staff members Treated me so well! Kathleen the dental hygienist did an amazing job with my cleaning , so knowledgeable and very nice. Dr. Farid was wonderful and took the time to go over everything with me, explaining the procedures needed and Setting a plan for my dental needs going forward . I would recommend them to everyone.!

The 5 Stars are well deserved. The staff is literally the sweetest ! They will make you feel right at home with their southern hospitality and attention to detail. The doctor was very knowledgeable, and didnt push any unnecessary procedures, which is usually my experience. The hygienist also took the time to teach me the newest most effective teeth cleaning routines, and the best brands to use for the best mouth help. 100 % Would Recommend!

I would recommend this dentist. Me and my husband have been here many times and have had only good experiences. The dentist is wonderful, understands pain and will do whatever he can to be gentle in procedures. The receptionist are all very nice and great at what they do. They have a waiting period to get things worked on, (which is understandable with how great they are and only having one dentist). But if you are in alot of pain they will fit you in or put you on a call list when someone else can't make it in for an appt.

My first encounter at Infinity ♾ Dental involved an extraction, x-rays, and later, cleaning and dental hygiene consultation. Most recently I got my first of 2 crown replacements. This one is temporary. Everyone in the office works well together and makes you feel comfortable with them because you are kept informed of what they are doing. Dr. Farid is very gentle and caring, as are all his staff: Emma, Chasity, Brittany, Kathleen (hygienist), & Rachel (office manager). All equipment is up to date and functions well. I highly recommend Infinity ♾ Dental for your dental needs!
