I would give it a higher score if people didn't have to wait 3 months when we have to reschedule. Although the quality of care is excellent, (when you can get to it) their patient load is too high if you can't reschedule patients any sooner than 3 months out.

Normally I would say five stars never had trouble. But the front desk girl should not be at the front desk, rude, lacking customer service skills. pointing to a kiosk to check in without even saying hi welcome or anything pleasant. a computer doesn’t replace a warm welcome by a human and asking for help was clearly a bother to her. Hygienists have always been amazing with my kids so the place in general is good but some training needed for front desk staff it seems.

Dr Johnson and his team are amazing! I’ve had dental anxiety for years due to a past experience. I had two root canals, and several fillings done at cloudland and they were so patient and nice! They explained everything perfectly and really include you in your treatment plan. I started my journey here with severe anxiety and dental issues, and I came out with no fear of the dentist anymore and teeth that I’m no longer ashamed of!! If you need a good dentist, or you’re petrified of the dentist this is the place to go!! I can’t thank them enough!

Ladies here are super nice. Brought my 12 yr old in to have a problem baby tooth pulled. He had a good experience and they really take their time and explain things and answer questions. Highly recommend.
