I went here because they were recommended by the county veterans service office. They are the only dental clinic in Crossville that works with the VA. I set up an appointment with this dentist and not the dentist I had been working with exclusively for this reason. My prior plan of care was to have three crowns put in on the lower right and some other work. After talking with him, all he cared about was selling me mouth wash and a cleaning. I need this work done because I am in pain. He doesn’t care. A cleaning is three months out. It’s been two months and he has failed to submit his plan of care to the VA. Dr. Fusco is one of the most caring dentists we have known. My husband is a veteran and the VA is sometimes backed up scheduling appointments through Community Care, which can be frustrating. Dr. Fusco emails the VA multiple times on behalf of the veteran to provide timely and great care to the men and women who have served our country. It is also such a blessing that Dr. Fusco is involved with Community Care through the VA, because it saves us hours of driving time to the VA dental clinics. I have been going to Fusco Family Dentistry for a little over a year now. The entire staff is top notch. Tara at the front desk is a ray of sunshine and always makes you feel welcome upon entering the office. The hygienists are excellent, thorough and knowledgeable. And, Dr. Fusco is truly the best dentist I have seen in a long time. He always has a smile on his face and he actually listens to your concerns. He advocates for the veteran population by providing us excellent community care. He is a credit to his community, as is his entire staff. Thank you Fusco Family Dentistry!

If you are a veteran, don't go here! He examined me and wanted to replace all my molars with crowns but the VA makes him wait for awhile. I now know why. While waiting, I called the chief of dentistry for the local VA. They said rarely does someone need ALL their teeth replaced at one time. It was just a money grab. The VA looked at my teeth and said they were fine. Fusco then charged the VA for THREE visits for cleaning. The last visit, I told them to cancel. Really Fusco? 4 trips for a cleaning? Stop ripping the VA (our tax money) off!! If you keep accurate records, you would have seen me. Confused with someone else? Hardly.

Dr. Fusco and his staff are very friendly, courteous, and caring. I’ve been extremely happy with my dental care. The thing I appreciate most is his honesty about what is necessary for my teeth. I’ve been to dentists in the past that just take advantage of you with unnecessary work. This doesn’t happen here. I highly recommend Dr. Fusco.
